We love collaborating with amazing artists, but we understand that our creative journey doesn’t always align with their long-term goals. That’s why we focus on crafting music that stands on its own—uplifting, innovative, and made to inspire listeners everywhere.

Our Music Production Process

Our approach to AI-generated music follows the same creative process we've always used when working with artists, singers, and musicians. It all begins with an idea—a melody or a theme inspired by a specific situation.

The traditional production process involves:

  1. Composition: Developing the melody, either based on pre-written lyrics or by incorporating lyrics into the music.

  2. Music Production: The producer arranges the track with the desired style and length.

    Vocal Selection: Choosing the right singer and providing them with the track, along with vocal placement guidelines.

  3. Recording: The singer records their vocals over the instrumental track.

  4. Editing & Mastering: Applying effects, refining the sound, and enhancing key elements to achieve the final version.

When we introduced AI into our workflow, we first experimented with Musicfy AI before transitioning to Suno, which allowed us to follow a process very similar to traditional music production. With Suno, we can provide the melody and lyrics, structure the vocals, and select the appropriate voice. Suno also handles much of the editing, after which we download the track for final adjustments and mastering.

Why Did We Start Using AI?

Our shift toward AI music production was born out of necessity. Our three go-to music producers were no longer available, and our favorite singer was also absent. We reached out to other producers and vocalists, but they weren’t interested in our next project.

With limited options, we decided to explore artificial intelligence as an alternative. The initial results showed potential but weren’t fully usable. However, Suno changed that with the track Coffee Noise. It was the first time we saw AI successfully:

  • Preserve the drum melody and the sound of a plastic ball bouncing and rolling.

  • Maintain the vocal tone of one of our team members.

  • Follow the song’s original structure based on the input audio we provided.

While the first track still had a lot of background noise, we were captivated by the potential. We continued experimenting with songs like Gottes Liebe and Hilfe, Hilfe, ich bin süß, and our Christmas productions achieved a much cleaner and more polished sound.

As Suno evolved, it enabled a more interactive and collaborative production process, closely mirroring the way we’ve traditionally worked with artists.
